Send us the basics through the form. We reply within 24 hours and get a call on the calendar. Fifteen minutes covers your group size, your goals, your budget, and the dates you're working with. No pitch deck.
We build the proposal
Course options, recommended format, full itinerary, and clear pricing. One document with everything in it, so you're not chasing details across six emails.
We handle the build
Course booking, tee times, pairings, catering, hospitality, branded details, run of show. You approve. We execute.
You show up
We're on site running it start to finish. Check in, scoring, contests, timing, all the details nobody notices when they're done right. You get to be a guest at your own event.

Who You're Working With
David Walterhouse played college golf at Wittenberg and started The Birdie Zone while he was still competing. What began as helping people get on great courses turned into something bigger once he saw how many companies wanted to use golf to build real relationships and had no idea where to start.
That experience shaped how The Birdie Zone runs events: the right courses, the right details, and a day that runs on schedule from start to finish.
